This wz effect can be downloaded and put in your v83 folder to get cool ring effects like the images below.
(PLEASE NOTE: This is a re-release, not I nor any staff member at Exodus made these or is taking credit)

How to download:
Step 1) Download the .rar which can be downloaded by clicking here.
Step 2) Click "extract" and extract the .wz into your v83 folder where Exodus.exe is found.
Step 3) Replace when prompted.
Step 4) Open the game, purchase a ring in cash shop, and enjoy effects!
