I am not going to list my playing hours because I play almost all day and sometimes I go outside and stuff so it could affect how much I play. By all day I literally mean I wake up and play until I sleep or until I go outside. Call me no life, I call it dedication. This is represented by things like me being ranked 1 on RB's. Also, when I mean playing, I mean playing. I rarely ever AFK and I especially won't if I become an Intern because it could give players the wrong impression of me not helping others and slacking off. If i need to go somewhere I will simply log off and not afk in places. Interns are there for helping and they need to dedicate a lot of time to make that happen. I believe slacking is not acceptable for an intern.

Summarization: I play almost all day due to it being summer break. I also do not try to AFK much and will not be doing that when I am an intern.

Prior GM experience:

I've played many servers in my time and even owned a few. The main server that I owned was GalaxyMS v83. It made it to 18 on gtop (It was so hard back in the day) I gained a lot of experience from there because I had it running for a good few months which helped me with things like hosting events and knowing the commands. Also how to treat hackers and help people. I GM'ed some servers in my time also. For example, AxedMS v117 (3rd on GTOP). I was a GM all the way until it closed down. It was also a way to help me with my experience. Finally, the final important server I GM'ed at was GoogleMS. I also stuck with that server until the end.  All these servers increased my experience little by little which accumulated to a lot over time.

Summarization: I've had a lot of GM experience and believe that I will stick with this server until the end.

How long have I been a part of the Exodus community:

I joined the forums on the day before the release and joined the game on release day. I really enjoyed this server right off the bat because I made new friends within 1 hour of me joining. I also took part in amazing events that made me really be interested in helping this server. I know I haven't been with this server that long but I only found out about it shortly. Trust me though, I am very dedicated and if i like a server, I tend to stick to it forever! (Until it closes down of course). I think this server will not be closing anytime soon and will go a long way so I will be staying here.

The role of an Intern:

An Intern is basically a trial version of a GM. You are being tested to see if you have what it takes to become a gamemaster. The intern plays the same roles, things like hosting events and catching hackers, but have less privileges. This is because they first have to gain the trust of the Head GM's/Owners. Interns need to really stay focused or they could get demoted very easily. It is an important role and is the base structure of a GM. Intern's also have to leave a good impression on players. If they don't act right, it can make people leave. Interns still have a huge responsibility even though they are not GM's. They have powers that could be fatal if put in the wrong hands. That is why intern's need to be chosen wisely and should always follow the rules once they become one.

Summarization: Interns have a great responsibility and have the same roles as GM's but are being observed to see if they have what it takes to become one.

Why I want to be an intern:

I want to become an intern for many reasons. First off, I want to help other because that is a great passion of mine. I love making people happy and that makes me happy as well. For example, a friend of mine was one off an IOC so i gave him an Event Point of mine. This made me feel good and I want to help players in other ways as well. Obviously as an intern I can't be doing that, but resolving people's problems is equivalent to that. Another reason is because I want to help improve and advance this server. Doing small things like testing bugs more quickly than without having Intern powers can be proven useful for the server and is very efficient. I can also give many suggestions if I gain more knowledge from this server. For example, today I suggested to the owner that he should make a poll whether to change the source or not to prevent dcing and he said he might use that idea. Small things like these can help the server in many ways. I had also reported a bug list and I can experiment a lot more with Intern abilities. Hosting events is something that I can also do. I noticed many people complain that there is always tag events going on and I believe doing different things like RR and T/F can make people more happy. I've actually seen people "quit" the server because of repetitive events. I want to change that and actually make more people join because of unique events. I know there is already many events going on so I plan to time my events and not spam them. I am also experiences with hosting events so I can help them greatly. Finally, my last reason to become an Intern is to catch and deal with hackers. Hackers can make the server very corrupt and I want to get rid of them to make it a better place for other players.

Summarization: I can help this server in many ways and I think it will help it succeed with things like gaining more players and ensuring the safety of the economy and so on and so forth.

How I would catch and punish catchers:

Hackers, Hackers, Hackers...NO ONE LIKES THEM! There are a few steps I would take to catch the hackers. First off, I would walk around in hide and monitor people like I usually would, and if i find anyone suspicious I would stalk them for a good bit. I would also check all their stats and points (EP,VP, DP). If anything seems wrong I would report it to a GM of a higher rank OR if something is very obvious I would jail the person and let a GM come and deal with them. If i do have the ban ability I would look very closely and see how obvious the hacking is. For example: if i see a person with 1RB hitting 2.147B damage. I would know right away that the individual is damage hacking and would ban them immediately (If I do have the commands that is). I think jailing is the best temporary solution though because banning someone accidently can get Interns in some major trouble .

Summarization: I would jail them and let a higher rank GM ban them. I would also record them and take screenshots of their actions and suspicions of hacking.

Why you should pick me:

I think you guys should pick me because I am only here for the benefit of the server. I want to see it grow and I want to be part of this amazing community by helping them and hosting events. I am also very experienced and hope to gain even more experience off being an Intern here. I think some of my talents can help with bug fixes and help find solutions to get rid of hackers. I am going to stick with this server till the end and I will be very active. Being active is perfect for the Intern job so they can be on more to help others and host events. It is currently summer break for me and I will be on about 12 hours a day for the next 2 and half months. I think this server will progress very quickly and I can hopefully make a change here. Even if things happen, like ddosing and such leading to a few weeks of shut down, I will still be with this server because I am dedicated and am not like one of those people running around applying for GM at every server. Honestly, I wouldn't have applied if the community wasn't so awesome and I also know that Rob is a person who makes amazing servers. I've seen that he can manage one very professionally and that is what makes it all the more better to stay here. I also do meet all the GM requirements like being active and being fluent in english. I was born in Canada so I guess that makes sense for me to be fluent. I like to deal with problems efficiently and do not like to slack off, as stated before. I am very serious about this job as an intern. I hope the staff team can see my aspirations and how far I would like to go with this server.
