The "Female Hair" option for @girl says this

when I try to pick a hair from it, it only happens for the newer hairs. Hairs from v83 works fine.

Rob said the script was fixed and patched. I'm pretty sure those hairs are removed.

May I add that removing the hairs completely is unnecessary, simply move them to a new array.
